Consumer Rights and Responsibilities for Shipping and Delivery
The delivery time for the sold product is within 7 -15 working days from the date of payment, and products that have been manufactured for the customer cannot be refunded.
Please make sure that the entered data is correct (name - mobile number that receives calls, text messages or WhatsApp - email - address). The entered data will be used when shipping and delivering the order.
When changing the shipping address after ordering, the order may take longer than usual to be delivered, so we are completely disclaimer of responsibility. Therefore, we ask you to write the correct address when completing the order.
The store is not responsible for any delay in delivery or return in the event of a change in the shipment data such as: (address, contact number, or any other change).
Please enter the direct city name, and do not register the nearest city, region or governorate name, to avoid delaying the product.

On holidays and official occasions, delivery is made after the official period of the occasion has ended. Please note that the process may take longer if the product is not available or there is a demand pressure on the store, and your failure to respond to the store’s messages and calls increases the period.
Following up on the order and shipment with the responsible team is the customer’s responsibility. Please be careful, alert, and follow up on the messages of the responsible team and communicate with them to determine the appropriate time to receive the shipment. We are completely disclaimer of responsibility in the event that the mobile is turned off or the messages sent are ignored and the order is not followed up with the responsible team or the order is received from them.
Dear customers, if you do not respond to the messages or calls of the responsible team and the delivery attempts specified by the responsible team to receive your requests have been exhausted, the request will be cancelled immediatel. Please be careful and contact us immediately and within an hour after the request is cancelled by the responsible team in order to reschedule the sending of the cancelled shipment. However, if you do not contact us within an hour of the cancellation date, the shipment will be destroyed immediately.
