8. Returns

-Arabian Furniture and Design’ wants to always ensure your complete satisfaction with the items. Credit card returns will be credited back to your card. Cash on Delivery .

-In the event that an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will inform you by email as soon as possible and, where payment has already been made, refunds will be credited back to the original payment card used for the transaction.

- For customers in KSA:-   If a refund is issued on a mada card, 14 or more days after the original transaction, there may be an additional 4 weeks delay for the money to reflect back in your bank account due to the refund processing policy enforced by mada and your issuing bank.

9.Payment

Arabian Furniture and Design’ offers customers various payment methods including credit card, debit card,  eWallet, Mada card and gift cards.

For iOS users, we also accept payments made through Apple Pay.
